Contact us for volume pricingThe Free Trial is designed to show you the full potential of the Keypup platform. It lasts for 14 days from sign-up, no credit card is required and there is no obligation to take a subscription plan at the end.
During the Free Trial, you benefit from all features of the platform, you can add as many users as you need and connect as many projects/repos to the platform.
At the end of your trial, in case you do not choose a subscription, your account remains valid and active and your projects are disconnected, so you are not billed for the service. Billing starts when projects are re-connected and a valid mean of payment is added to the account.
Keypup's pricing is based on the number of code repositories or projects (referred to as "units" collectively) that a team connects to the platform, regardless of the total number of units the team has in their source systems. The pricing is not dependant on the number of users, collaborators or amount of historical data.
The pricing grid is as follows:
Annual Billing - All prices below billed annually in advance
- Up to 2 units connected: $99 per month package
- 3rd to 30th unit connected: $11/unit per month
- 31st to 60th unit connected: $10/unit per month
- 61st to 100th unit connected: $9/unit per month
- 101st to 200th unit connected: $8/unit per month
Monthly Billing
- Up to 2 units connected: $123.75 per month package
- 3rd to 30th unit connected: $13.75/unit per month
- 31st to 60th unit connected: $12.50/unit per month
- 61st to 100th unit connected: $11.25/unit per month
- 101st to 200th unit connected: $10/unit per month

Pricing Example:
Team A signed up on Keypup. They have a total of 153 repos on Github and 39 projects on Jira.
They connect 24 of their Github repos and 11 of their Jira projects to Keypup. That's a total of 35 units connected to Keypup.
Team A pays a total of:
- $457/month for the platform ($99 + 28 x $11 + 5 x $10) - $5,484 paid annually
OR
- $571.25/month for the platform, paid monthly ($6,855 total annual cost)
The billing period is the predefined length of time during which you use the service. There are 2 possible billing periods for our platform: annual and monthly.
Annual billing periods run over 12 months from the moment you start your paid subscription. Monthly billing periods run over 1 month from the moment you start your paid subscription.
Invoicing for the service is issued in advance of the upcoming billing period. Billing periods are set to renew automatically, but cancellation is possible at any time during your subscription.
There is none. We believe that our platform can help a lot of people in your organization and that scaling your team should not mean growing your cost exponentially.
The more team members use the platform, the better the insights you will get, and the more effective your collaboration will be.
Number of active collaborators is also unlimited and does not impact on the pricing.
If you connect your Git platform (Github, Gitlab / Gitlab hosted or Bitbucket / Bitbucket Data Center), each repository counts as one repo/project (a "unit") on our platform, no matter its size.
If you connect your tracking platform (Jira, Jira Data Center, Clickup, Trello), each project counts as one repo/project (a "unit") on our platform.
The more units you connect, the more exhaustive the insights will be on Keypup. It's all about allowing you to make data-driven decisions with the bigger picture taken into account.
Absolutely not. You pay only for the Repos/Projects ("units") you select to connect to the Keypup platform.
At any point in time, you can choose which Repos from your Git platform and which Projects from your tracking platform you want to connect or disconnect from the Keypup platform.
Only those units connected to the platform are accounted for in your billing period. The ones you did not choose to connect are not counted in your billing.
Keypup provides two levels of support: the technical support and the product expert support.
Technical Support
Provided free of charge to all trial users and customers. This support is available via the in-platform chat or by contact email and handles all requests related to your account administration (e.g. access question, billing matters, users management), your subscription management (e.g. connecting/disconnecting apps and projects/repos), and any technical matters related to the use of the platform.
The technical support is available during standard working hours CET time zone and is provided in English primarily.
Product Expert Support (optional)
This support is optional and provided for free during the platform free trial and on an additional subscription basis thereafter. Pricing is indicated above on the page. The subscription can be cancelled any time. An initial miminum-commit period may apply depending on your requirements.
It is available via the in-platform chat, by contact email or by contacting directly your dedicated Product Expert. This support handles all requests related to the creation and building of insights and/or dashboards specific to your needs by your Product Expert.
The product expert support is available during standard working hours CET time zone and is provided in English primarily. Depending on the complexity of your request, delivery of your requested insights or dashboards will happen within 2 to 5 working days following your request.
For creation of Insights and/or dashboards, the Product Expert Support is limited to a maximum of 5 hours of crafting work per month by the Product Expert. Scope and Time to spend are agreed with the Customer prior to engaging the effort.
You can cancel your subscription at any time you wish - by downgrading your subscription OR by terminating your account – we believe you stay with us because of the benefits you draw from Keypup, not because of a contractual obligation.
Cancellation will take effect immediately.
You will not be billed further in case of Cancellation. There will be however no refund or allocation of credit for any unused part of your cancelled subscription.
You will receive an invoice by email at the beginning of every billing period, after successful payment.
Keypup does not store or process your credit card information. We rely on Stripe to perform these activities for us as our payment processor. Stripe is among others PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and guarantees the highest levels of security.

Keypup is SOC2 and ISO 27001 certified.
We do not fetch, copy, duplicate, modify or store any parts of your source code. Keypup only accesses metadata such as pull requests, issues, milestones, etc.
Our products support single sign on (SSO) via integrated applications for authentication.
We understand that security is critical, and we follow best practices & strict procedures to keep our systems - and your data - safe. We perform regular penetration testing and audits of Keypup and its infrastructure.

Keypup is compliant with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When cancelling your subscription, the data you have on the Keypup platform remain yours and is not deleted. This is to facilitate selecting a new subscription plan at a later stage.
When you terminate/delete your account (unenroll), your data is automatically deleted from the Keypup platform. It is impossible to retrieve it afterwards.
